Shipping & Returns

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 7 days. Once your items are shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details if you choose to track your parcel.
*Local pick up is only available at my studio in Mount Pleasant, Vancouver, BC. Please select the local pick up option at check out and we'll coordinate a pick up time together.*

CURRENCY

All orders are processed in Canadian dollars.

CANADIAN ORDERS

All other Canadian orders are processed, packed and shipped from Vancouver, BC, using Canada Post. Any additional shipping costs for rejected or returned packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

US ORDERS

All packages are shipped using USPS or UPS. Rejected or returned packages will be shipped back to Canada. The owing duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Niki Brown Art offers worldwide international shipping. Delivery times can vary based on your location. In addition to shipping costs, packages could be taxed on entry to your country and you may be charged customs clearance/handling fees before you are eligible to receive your parcel. This is a fee set by your country and is a separate cost from shipping fees.
